Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Syrup Maker to join our production team. As a Syrup Maker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our beverage products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Syrup Production: Prepare and mix beverage syrups following specified recipes and production guidelines.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure the taste, color, and consistency of syrups meet our standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain syrup production equipment and machinery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs and inventory reports.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to achieve production goals and resolve any production-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food or beverage production is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
