Job Opportunity For Customer Service and Sales Point Executive at Strategis Insurance September Latest

Expected appointment date: Immediate
Location: SALES POINT, ZANZIBAR

Description of core duties and responsibilities:

1. To deposit premium amount collected to the bank.
2. Filing – Comply with the agreed filing and record keeping system.
3. Customer Service – Attend to direct customers who visit the office for inquiry and provide prompt attention and efficient service.
4. Identification of potential clients/prospects and agents.
5.  Making presentations to clients/prospects.
6. Closing sales for both medical and non-medical products.
7. After sale services and delivery of policy documents.
8. Preparation of daily sales reports.
9. Writing Cover Notes and Issuing Stickers.
10. Premium collection from the clients.
11.  Making follow up to our current agency and expected new agency.
12.  Issue Motor certificates/Cover Notes and register into TIRA MIS System.
13. Prepare a weekly report such as Premium Register Report for the Sales Point Manager.

• Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Advanced diploma or bachelor degree in Insurance & Risks Management.
• At least one year work experience in Insurance.
• Computer Application Knowledge.

• Good numerical skills and ability to absorb and understand detailed statistical data.
• High integrity.
