1. Food Production Instructor:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction and training in food production and culinary arts.
- Develop and implement practical and theoretical curriculum in line with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students in their culinary skills development.
- Ensure a safe and well-equipped learning environment in the kitchen facilities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
- Prior teaching or training experience in culinary arts.
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Electrical Installation Instructor:
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive instruction and practical training in electrical installation.
- Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with industry requirements.
- Supervise hands-on training sessions and practical projects.
- Maintain a safe and functional electrical training workshop.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical installation or related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience in electrical installation.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and mentoring skills.
3. Marketing Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MUTC’s courses and programs.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and online advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the college’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and promotions, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
