Application Procedure for Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST):

  1. Obtain Application Form: Application forms can be obtained from two locations – MUST Main Campus (Nchiru) and MUST Meru Town Campus (Hart Towers). To obtain the form, applicants need to pay a non-refundable application fee. The fee amount varies based on the level of study – Ksh. 2,500 for PhD Programmes, Ksh. 1,500 for Masters Programmes, Ksh. 1,000 for Undergraduate Programmes, and Ksh. 500 for Diploma, Certificate, and Bridging Programmes.
  2. Download Application Form: Alternatively, applicants can download the application form from the university’s website
  3. Payment of Application Fee: The application fee can be paid either by Bankers Cheque or deposited directly into any of the designated university accounts. The details of the university accounts for fee payment will be provided on the website or application form.
  4. Fill Out the Application Form: Duly fill out the application form with accurate and relevant information. Provide all the required details, including personal information, academic qualifications, and program preferences.
  5. Attach Documents: Attach certified copies of all academic certificates and a copy of the application fee payment receipt to the filled-out application form.
  6. Submission: Submit the completed application form along with the attached documents to the Registrar – Academic, Research, and Student Affairs at Meru University of Science and Technology. The submission address is:
