Application Procedure for St. Paul’s University (SPU):

  1. Attach Photocopies of Academic and Professional Certificates: Submit photocopies of all your academic and professional certificates. If they are not in English, provide translated and certified copies. Non-English speakers must provide proof of English language competence.
  2. Passport Size Photograph: Attach a copy of your recent colored passport size photograph.
  3. Application Fee: Pay a non-refundable application fee for your application to be processed. The application fees are as follows:
    • Postgraduate Application Fee: KSh. 3,000.00
    • Undergraduate Application Fee: KSh. 1,500.00
    • Diploma & Certificate Application Fee: KSh. 1,000.00
    • Special Entrance Exam & YCMP Application Fee: KSh. 1,000
    • CPA Application Fee: KSh. 1,000.00
  4. Payment of Application Fee: You can deposit the application fee in any of the university’s bank accounts. After making the payment, scan and attach the bank slip during the application process.
  5. Online Application: The university offers an online application process. Applicants can visit the university’s website and follow the instructions to apply online.
