    • Alternatively, form four graduates with at least four passes and holders of Basic Technician Certificate in Secretarial Studies from any recognized institution equivalent to NTA Level 4 are also eligible.
  3. Basic Technician Certificate in Secretarial Studies (BTCSS) – NTA 4:
    • Applicants must be form four graduates with at least four passes from non-religious subjects.
    • Alternatively, form four graduates with at least two passes and holders of Certificate in NVTA (VETA) Level 3 in a related field are eligible.
