Archbishop James University College of Songea (AJUCO) is a constituent college of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). It officially opened on september 2023 with the goal of providing academic and professional skills to students while also instilling values of civic and social learning. AJUCO upholds the vision of holistic development and respect for human dignity, following the motto of “Building the City of God” in line with SAUT’s values.

Aris Ajuco is the Student Management Information System used by AJUCO to record university academic data and provide various online functionalities for students. The system allows students to register their particulars, semester courses, view semester results, check fee payment status, and receive university announcements, among other features.

For first-time students, there are certain requirements before interacting with the system effectively:

  1. Registration number
  2. A valid email address
  3. Names and contact numbers of parents/guardians/next of kin
  4. Names and index numbers of certificates in previous studies/education
  5. Scanned certificates (softcopy) for O-level, A-level, certificates, diploma, academic transcripts, and birth certificate

To get started with Aris Ajuco Registration:

  1. Open AJUCO website (ac.tz) and click on ARIS from the main menu.
  2. Alternatively, use a search engine and type “AJUCO ARIS” to be directed to the ARIS login screen.
  3. Enable the browser to connect to the secure site (ARIS) as required by the system security settings.
  4. At the login screen, click the new student link and enter your full registration number and surname/last name.
  5. Complete the required particulars accurately, as some information cannot be modified once submitted.
  6. Proceed through different forms and upload necessary documents like passport-size photos, certificates, birth certificates, etc.
  7. Fill in the correct information as prompted and save the records before moving to the next form.
  8. After completing all forms, a success message will appear, and you can login to the system using your username (registration number) and password (created during form no. 9).
